1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AffiliateGuard (the “Service”), operated by Ravenscroft Software Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

AffiliateGuard provides tools to monitor affiliate links and related revenue-generating assets, including checking availability, destination correctness, and related indicators.

Reports and results are informational only and reflect a point-in-time snapshot. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or any commercial outcome.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and legally able to enter into these Terms.

4. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

5. Subscriptions and billing

AffiliateGuard is offered on a subscription basis, with monthly and annual plans.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
  • You may cancel at any time via your account.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card details.

6. Refunds

Refunds are offered at our discretion unless required by law. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Bypass usage limits or safeguards
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorisation
  • Use the Service in a way that violates third-party terms or rights

8. Third-party platforms (YouTube)

The Service may access publicly available data from third-party platforms, including YouTube.

  • You confirm you have the right to monitor any channels you add
  • You agree to comply with YouTube’s terms of service
  • We are not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google

9. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, branding, and content, belong to us or our licensors.

You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.

10. Service availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not warrant that scans or reports are error-free, complete, or up to date.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or revenue.

Our total liability arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
