AffiliateGuard is offered as a subscription-based service. Refunds are provided at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.
This policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled.
Subscriptions and cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.
- We do not provide refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period.
Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We may consider issuing a refund in situations such as:
- Duplicate or accidental charges
- Billing errors
- Significant technical issues that prevent use of the service and cannot be reasonably resolved
Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
- Change of mind or unused subscriptions
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date
- Normal service limitations or expected behaviour
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront.
Unless otherwise required by law, we do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of annual subscriptions.

Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider.
Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account.
